Vanessa Phillips is an herbalist and Green Witch who works within the Wise Woman Tradition. She completed an herbal shamanic apprenticeship with Susun Weed in 2015. Originally a visual artist and storyteller Vanessa studied photography and received her BFA. A believer in grassroots community, she began holding Moon Lodge and Women's herbal workshops in 2016. Moon Lodge is a Women's group which honours bleeding and Women's Wisdom monthly. She is also committed to holding space for Witches and publicaly celebrating the eight major Sabbats. In 2019 Vanessa created an herbal tincture company called Land Loved. She currently lives in Nelson with her three cats and many plants.
