Dancing is fun!

Not only is it fun, it's also an excellent way to get in a good exercise. The physical stimulation that is provides is beneficial to one's health and an active lifestyle.

There are many types of dance that you can partake in. Some of the most popular forms of dance include: Ballet, Jazz, Hip Hop, and Ballroom. Personally, I have no preference, I enjoy practicing and viewing them all!
