I spent an academical semester in Slovakia, as part of my Erasmus Programme, and during this time I had the chance to travel around all the Eastern Europe. I spent countless hours in trains and buses, met people from different countries and visited many beautiful cities.
All of this was super exciting and fun, but what I found out more interesting was how my mindset had changed. After coming back home, I realised how much we can learn just by talking with someone with a different educational, cultural or religious background. You become more tolerant and understanding and, overall, I believe it gave me a stronger european identity, something that books or university itself could never give me!
