Guacamole is a creamy, avocado-based dip that's most commonly associated with Mexican food. It's typically eaten with chips or as a topping on tacos or various other delicious meals.
Peel and mash avocados in a medium serving bowl. Stir in onion finely chopped, minced garlic, rip chopped tomato, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Season with remaining lime juice and salt and pepper to taste. Chill for half an hour to blend flavors.
