Be honest. Some of us feel sensitive or emotional in the morning - so a
consistent morning can help start you day off right! Rather than letting
social media or something potentialy "negative" influence your day, make
time to support your Mind, Body or Soul.
Finding time to take care of yourself, although incredibly important, can
be extremely hard when baancing school, work and social life. However each
day has 24 hours. You should be able to find at least 5 mins to take care
of yourself. Choose one of the activities
Having only 5mins? Make a gratitude list. Meditate. Journal.
Lucky to have more than 5mins? Read a book. Call a friend.
Having only 5mins? Stretch. Get sunlight. Take a shower.
Lucky to have more than 5mins? Long walk. Go for a run.
Having only 5mins? Be in nature. Breathwork. Work on passion. Screentime detox.
Lucky to have more than 5mins? Breathwork. See friends.
