Varsågod opened its door to its guests in 2012. It was started by a young
couple who lived in the beautiful city of Uppsala. Today it has over 10
restaurants around Sweden in 5 different cities; Stockholm, Uppsala,
Sundsvall, Örebro and Gothenburg. Varsågod is known for serving carefully
prepared Swedish dishes that have a twist of magic in every bite. The
dishes are inspired by our founder Alam. He is a veterian chef
who has many years of working experience in fine dining and education on
culinary arts. Today, he works with the F&B team to constantly upgrade
recipes to ensure it meets our guests' high expectation.
