That's why I love my instant pot
(aka pressure cooker). I put all the
ingredients in, I push a button, and then I can go back to working,
gaming, or binging my tv series. I don't have to keep an eye on it to
avoid boiling over, or stir every so often so it doesn't stick.
The fewer the ingredients there are, the better,
(because who wants to buy sauce or spices to only use it once because
most recipes don't call for it?)
๐คจ So whenever I search for new recipes, I look for those that advertise
5 or less ingredients that are easy to get anywhere
(this doesn't include S&P, I'm not that lazy.)
Having less ingredients doesn't mean it won't taste good. Dishes like
baked salmon with only salmon, butter, lemon, and a sprig of dill if you
will can be a fine meal just like that!
One of my favorite websites for easy instant pot recipes is
Amy + Jacky Pressure Cook Recipes. They have a ton of recipes I grew up eating, but made in the easiest
way possble.
If you'd like to learn how to make some simple, but delicious meals,
instant pot or not, I'd love to share them with you!
