Family Meal Prep for a week

Preparing meals for the entire week every Saturday morning was really a game-changer for our family. It definitely lessens the stress I need to worry about every after work and absolutely given me more time to bond with my kids or just have more time for myself.

Ever since the pandemic started, I get my groceries done online and make sure to have them delivered to our house every Friday night. On Saturday mornings, it is my routine to wake up a little early and start preparing and cooking the meals. Usually, I have 3 different kind of meals, there will be pork, chicken, and beef. I also prep breakfast burritos, banana loaf, and pancakes for our breakfasts.

My favorite meal to cook is Filipino dishes. We love eating Pancit, Adobo, Sinigang, Bulalo and so much more. Though I still make a variety of dishes so we can get to taste other vials that we don’t usually eat.

It is so much fun to do meal preps and I think it will also be a game-changer for you if you try it. I usually get my meal ideas from Youtube, Pinterest, or just from any recipe site on google.
