Speaking from personal experience - How I started running

5 Years from now, a colleague and dear friend of mine, came up with the idea to join the JP Morgan Chase Frankfurt. A 5,6km (3.4 miles) distance through the beautiful city. At that time, the distance seemed out of my comfort zone, but I took the challenge. Our team of 4 people finished together with about 60.000 other participants from different companys. It was fun, great team spirit and - I discovered my love for running. Since then, I particpated in many 10km runs as well as a half marathon. The running fever got me ever since and I can only recommend by starting with a smaller run like this, together with dear team mates, to get into the runners community.
