Golabatoon is an old house with four pleasing yards. With plain walls, Dating to the Pahlavi, Qajar and Zandieh Periods, and hand-written poems dating to the Afshari Period. In the first Yard (Pomegranate Garden), which has been restored recently, the life is going on traditionaly, with bread being baked in tandoor and Persian food cooked in cupper pots on top of old stoves. Organic vegetables are planted in the garden and ceramic dishes are made inside the house. The kitchen and bathrooms are decorated by handmade tiles, designed and glazed by the house owner... As a live art gallery with life in progress, Golabatoon hosts accomplished visitors who prefere experiencing very old daily life from morning to night along with visiting masterpieces of famous artists in the house.
