Yume wo Katare is a very simple ramen stall located on one of the streets of Beppu, Japan. The most popular one among their small list of menus is the pork ramen. A bowl of pork ramen only costs ¥800, but you should keep in mind that the serving size is very big and you can probably be set with ordering just half a portion (with half the price as well!).
Other than the pork ramen, this place has another unique characteristic. Customers who come here are encouraged to share their dreams. Sometimes they have a session where people would stand in front of the counter, ring the bell, and say whatever they hope to achive to everyone in the restaurant. Others would then clap for that person and take turn until everyone is done. This is why the restaurant is called Yume wo Katare (夢を語れ) which can be translated to "share your dream."
