I go to Central Park just about every day with my family. My daughter loves to run free in the many meadows, collect sticks, and attempt to climb every rock she sees, which is a lot. Then my husband and I just love the oportunity to not feel like we live in such a crowded city by walking many of it's trails, searching for statues, and stopping to smell the flowers of the Conservatory Gardens. We never really know what we might see like raccoons, butterfly gardens, an apple tree, or mini water falls with fairtale like bridges.
There's so much to do at central park from pinicing to sight seeing or maybe just getting lost in the Ramble from bird watching for the first time. If you ever get a chance to experience Central Park bring comfy shoes, a backpack full of snacks and water, and a mood for adventure because you will be busy all day or maybe two. 😉
