First Step: Warm up the milk in a sauce pan
Second Step: In a large bowl dissolve the yeast into the milk
Third Step: Add the honey, melted butter, salt, and 5 cups of the all-purpose flour; beat until smooth
Fourth Step: Add enough of the remaining flour to form a soft dough
Fifth Step: Sprinkle some of the flour onto a flat surface and knead the dough for 6-8 minutes or until dough is smooth and elastic
Sixth Step: Place dough in a grease coated bowl; cover and let dough sit (prove) for one hour or until double in size
Seventh Step: Punch dough down and form into 2 large loafs (can make into 6 or 8 small loafs)
Eighth Step: Place loafs onto a baking sheat; cover and prove for 30 minutes or until double in size
Nineth Step: If wished to now add egg wash on top of loafs (video on how to is linked above)
Ten Step: Bake loafs at 375° for 30-35 minutes or untill brown
