We are a Catalan family based 120km south of Barcelona, Spain. When the season comes in late November we drop our 9 to 5 office jobs and for two weeks we become local olive oil producers. Our hard work pays off with 200 or more liters of prime olive oil each year, depending on the crop. Apart from obvious culinary use we have expanded our production to facial creams, soaps and candles based entirely on our oil. We can't wait to share generations of experience with you!
