Ned was found on the streets of downtown Los Angeles in March of 2015, terrified and emaciated. After an epic "foster fail", he found a permanent home a month later. Over the years, Ned has learned to love and trust and even has a bit of a belly! He's gained three different coats, dozens of blankets and over 45 nicknames. His loves include his mom, butt scratches and sneaking a snack off the street during a walk.
