However one of the biggest troubles for the new parents is the lack of sleep,
which keeps them tired and unfocused for several months ๐ฅด.
On Tippy-Sleepy we would like to share some tips for these sleepness parents:
use your baby's senses for your own benefit!
Smell ๐:
Your babyโs favourite smell is mamaโs smell, it keeps him calm and makes him feel save. Mama: wear a t-shirt
or a scarf for a couple of days. Hang it safely all over your babyโs crib. You can even use it as
a bottom sheet for him.
Hearing ๐:
Your baby has been listening to mamaโs heart and guts for months, so a soundless room may be unfamiliar. Also,
he can be awaken easily with any sudden noise. Play some white noise for your baby. There are plenty of
noises on the internet
to be played. You can also buy a toy with pre-recorded sounds (rain, the see, a jungle,etc).

Mama: Carry a pair of gloves under your t-shir for a day (remember the smell tip above). Afterwards, fill it with
rice. When your baby falls asleep, put the glove embracing a little side of him (a shoulder or a foot).
