Strawberry Mimosa

The Perfect Summer Garden Cocktail

An easy, delicious sparkling cocktail made with strawberry puree, orange juice and chilled Prosecco.

Just puree some strawberries with orange juice and mix it up with some bubbly Prosecco at the table.

Then gather your friends, put on your best summer dress and head to the garden for a freshly made, chilled glass of Strawberry Mimosa Cocktail or two!

Ingredients:

🍓 🍊 🍾

Serves 6 champagne flutes.

• 1 cup fresh strawberries (cut, washed & hulled).
• 1 cup freshly squeezed orange juice.
• 1 bottle Prosecco.

Instructions:

1. Puree the strawberries with the orange juice.
2. Fill each champagne flute half way with puree and top remainder of glass with Prosecco.
3. Garnish with sliced strawberries.
