And if you're a busy goal-getter and University student like me, smoothie bowls are a fast and healthy breakfast meal. The difference between a smoothie and smoothie bowl is that smoothie bowls usually have a thicker texture, are eaten with a spoon, and you can add a variety of toppings to them.
