Bullet Journaling

📓🖋
"Mindfulness disguised as productivity"

If you're obsessed with stationery like I am, or find yourself writing scattered notes and to-do lists, you might want to take a look at bullet journaling.

Originally invented by Ryder Caroll, bullet journaling is a customizable way to keep up with your life. His main goal with this practice was to help people be mindful of how they spend their time by writing it all down. As it gained popularity, it evolved into more of an art form for many people. You can design your bullet journal to be whatever you want it to be. You can use it as just a way to keep up with your notes, to write down to-do lists, to keep track of monthly goals or as a form of art therapy. You can keep it plain and simple or get creative by adding illustrations, doodles, stickers, stamps, washi tapes or whatever you like. That's the beauty of it, the options are endless. No matter what you do with it, it is designed to benefit your life by helping you realize and prioritize what is important to you.
