Poodle, and part Cocker Spaniel which makes him...a cuddly Cockapoo! At 15 pounds, he is a miniature size pup.
Cockapoos were first bred in the 1960s by designer dog breeders in the United States. A perfect companion dog, Cockapoos don't inherit many of the health defects of their parent breeds, the Poodle and the Cocker Spaniel. Like most animal hybrids, Cockapoos come in a variety of sizes and colors. Their coats can be curly, wavy, or straight. As opposed to fur, Cockapoos have hair so they don't shed and are hypoallergenic. They have playful, loving, and intelligent personalities which makes them highly trainable and lots of fun!
