Vynil. A flat disc that has the hability to play music when in contact with a needle. With the record spinning, a needle runs along the groove passing information to the electromagnetic head. There are some important dates about this invention:
Initially it was created as a device, where a vibrating pen would graphically represent sounds onto small paper discs.
The gramophone was the first vinyl record player created. The device had to be operator by hand and could only play seven inch rubber discs.
This kind of record players could read and play ten inch vynil records.
Just like me, many people are re-starting to buy vynils, so many record labels are bringing them back to stores. This is happening because of lots of reasons, but principal because of the sound - it is incomparably better - and 'cause of collectibility. Vynils are back and to stay!
