The Adventures of Seminole Wind

Sabrina was on an adventure -on an adventure that she did not even know
was about to begin.
Sabrina and her friend Frankie saw a sign for Chattahoochee. This was a
place the girls recognized from a country song. The two of them wanted
to see what the town was like. They were driving on a winding road that
kept going north into Georgia and back south into Florida… north into
Georgia… and south into Florida.
A gust of wind came by, the girls looked at each other and said
“Seminole Lake” in synch. They decided to go east, and they continued to
Seminole Lake. They were driving along a meandering road when Frankie
yelped, “What was that? Was it a hog… a panther?” Sabrina replied, “I
think it was way too slim to be a hog and way too small to be a
panther!” The girls shrugged off whatever strange animal they thought
they saw lurking in the bushes and carried on.
They got back into the Jeep for what they thought would be their last
simple stretch of their journey back to Fort Myers. But it turned out to
be anything but simple. As they came around that meandering bend they
had passed earlier, Sabrina said, “This is where we saw that animal.
Let’s look for it. It was probably just a do…”
...and the Adventures of Seminole Wind were born.
