Aerobic exercise is a great way to strengthen your body, heart, and mind. Different examples of aerobic exercise include:

- ππΌββοΈ Running
- ππΌββοΈ Swimming
- π΄πΌββοΈ Cycling
My favorite type of aerobic exercise is π₯boxing. I love the mental toughness it requires in addition to being a vigorous physical workout. The benefits for me are that I can clear my mind and reduce stress. I always feel happy and relaxed after a challenging boxing class.
