Herbs are the leafy parts of plants that do not have woody stems. They have fragrant or aromatic properties; and can be used to flavor food, included in fragrances, and even a part of natural medicines. They can be fresh or dried. Fresh herbs have the ability to elevate a dish to the next level, livening it up with a hit of freshness before serving, or adding a delicious depth of flavour throughout cooking. Dried herbs have a stronger flavour than fresh but lose their strength quickly.
