I started my yoga journey during the pandemic, and I haven't stopped
since. Doing yoga everyday not only makes me stronger and more flexible,
it pushes my limits, challenges me, helps me and makes me stronger
physically and mentally.
The stess is less when you treat your body like the temple it is!
I have always had stiff joints and have lots of promblems with my sholders
and migranes, but the yoga thaught me that it truly is for anyone and it
can truly help everyone.
