Mental health is important at every stage of life, from childhood and adolescence through adulthood.Some of us always say where are fine, when it not true and sometimes, we just need someone to talk too.We have to realize that there are 4 types of mental problems, since all the people are different. Not every one have the same mental capacities to hold a mentel illness so we can look a life in a different way. You are not alone . But there is one decision that we can all make on this issue and that is to seek help.Just take a step in the opposite direction from where you are right now, the door at the end of the hall that you just have to turn the handle to open, because you already know what awaits you here.
