Raw and uncut, Madame The Band is a ONE WOMAN production featuring singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist, Cassondra Cravens. Through raging vocals and pounding drums, MTB delivers an eclectic mix of blues and soul inspired indie works that slip and slide from upbeat dance jams to heart wrenching ballads. Meticulously recording and producing every instrument herself, Madame procures pure mood. Having toured the coasts of California and having performed in venues such as The Glasshouse and The House of Blues, MTB brings a seasoned punch of intensity to every single show. In April of 2020 MTB entered the NPR Music Tiny Desk Contest and in July was interviewed by Bob Boilen and Quinn Christopherson for NPR Music’s Tiny Desk Top Shelf Series.
