The 7th Decade: The Septuagenarian Manifesto

As a vibrant, healthy, happy 75 year old, I would like to share my secrets for successful living. I feel as good as I did decades ago. How did this come to be? There are four key elements. The four key elements (moving, eating, resting, contextualizing) are listed below as links to general information. The detailed "how to" information is presented in our workshops, conferences, webinars, etc. You will meet other Septuagenarians who have mastered the Septuagenarian Manifesto! The Manifesto presents twenty-five "must do's" to achieve the state of well being as we describe it. WALKING
Walking is one of the major components of the Moving element. It is one of the methods for achieving the goals of the Moving element. There are numerous benefits to daily walking, however, one must know how to walk first. Click here for instructions on how to walk properly! Knowing the correct techniques makes the walking experience extremely enjoyable. Please remember walking is a skill. Our workshops and webinars provide insights on how to make walking a fabulous social event. See you on the walking trail!
