My desire for white chocolate is often intense, and needs to be
immediately satisfied.I love the gooey, fudgy texture of blondies but
often want something to compliment the sweetness of the white chocolate.
That's where biscoff comes in. The creamy caramelized flavour adds a new
dimension to this classic treat, and I for one absolutely
love them!
This recipe is designed to be tweaked, if you want a more subtle biscoff
flavour, add less biscuits and spread.
Really love biscoff? Add even more for a
really intense caramelised flavour. I hope you enjoy
these as much as I do!
