Tea is a wonderful beverage that can be enjoyed hot or cold. There are a variety of teas but you may be suprise to hear they all come from the same tea plant, the Camellia Sinensis. The difference in the colour & taste, is down to the age of the leaf & the way the tea leaves are processed after they’ve been picked. There are four types of main tea, Black tea, Green tea, white tea and Oolong Tea. You may be wondering about red and herbal tea? We technically these are not tea as they do not come from the Camellia Sinensis plant, they are infusions or tisane.
