About Me

Crystal Love Culton began her educational journey at Rosemont Middle School in 2007 as an English Langauage Arts & Reading and AVID teacher. After two years, she transferred to Wedgwood Middle School as the Lead ELAR teacher and curriculum writer before accepting a position as a district New Teacher Specialist in 2013. Over the next few years, Ms. Culton had the opportunity to coach, present, and develop professional learning seminars for teachers and staff. In 2017, Ms. Culton accepted a position as an assistant principal of Riverside Middle School. In 2020, Ms. Culton had the honor and privilege to accept the position of principal at Meadowbrook Middle School. She was very proud to serve the community and lead students and staff during the unprecedented 2020 pandemic. As a former school leader and now consultant and front-end developer, Ms. Culton is excited to continue to provide opportunities and innovative ideas that challenge the obstacles educators face in a twenty-first century, economy, and world.
