Created in 2021, Art History Chronicles aims to
facilitate the understanding of various art movements throughout the
decades by taking a deeper look into the iconography of key works.
Making our layout very user-friendly, each post will introuce you to the
'artist of the week'. Starting off with a brief introduction of the
movement they're categorised into, we will highlight on a few selected
works that demonstrate their oeuvre, and finally do a deeper analysis into
the iconography of a featured work.
With artistic movements varying from Surrealists to Pop Artists and even
Conceptualism, we want to share our passion for Art History throughout the
decades.
