Hi! My name is Dessi! I’m a rescue dog from Georgia. When I’m not working hard for doggy kibble, I can be found snoozing. Actually, I never work that hard because my human is kind of a sucker. I enjoy going to the beach, playing with dogs, lounging in the sun, bringing you stuffed animals when you come home, and hogging the bed.

My mom encourages me to bite my annoying dog cousin, Dovie, but I never do. She is always jumping on me, licking me ears and eyes, and trying to hump me, even though she weighs 35 pounds less than me. I’m a lover NOT a biter, even though people judge me because of my breed. Haters gonna hate.

I’m actually kind of perfect. A lot of humans say that about their fur babies, and it’s not true. But like, I actually am. I love people, love dogs, don’t mind cats, never bark, never go into a room I’m not invited into, potty trained, never pull on the leash, never run away, and am great in the car. My only flaw is that my heart it a little weaker than other dogs because I was heart worm positive when I got adopted. It’s all cool though because I’m heartworm free now and can go on long walks and hikes.

Now that I’ve rambled on about myself, I’m gonna go take a nap.
