Iโm a proud cat mom to my fur baby Butzi since December 2014. Butzi and her three siblings were born on the October the third 2014, which is a national holiday in Germany. Both girls and both boys were brown shorthair tabbies. Me and my sister got the last girl and named her Butzi, after her hometown Butzbach. Butzi lived with me and my sister and was an only-indoor cat until last June. Me and my boyfriend moved in together last year and rented an apartment with a large exclusive garden with no direct access to the street. Since August last year Butzi is living her best life observing birds and squirrels, catching bugs and recently bringing uninjured mice to us (which we carry out again and let go in the garden). To my relief her roaming range stayed limited to the garden and she is never out of my sight for longer than an hour!๐ค
Cats make great pets!
All cats are not the same and how each individual cat behaves with you can depend on its inherent personality and early experiences (or lack of experiences), which can make it fearful or confident with people and life in general.
