Intermittent Fasting

is a pattern of eating where you eat during a specific time

and don't eat during the rest of the time


For example, 16/8 fasting method means that you have a daily eating window of 8 hours and fast for the rest 16 hours.


The 5/2 pattern involves eating what you typically eat 5 days a week and restricting your calorie intake for 2 days of the week.


Eat Stop Eat involves a 24-hour fast once or twice per week.
