I don't buy... I sew.

I am a self-taught sewist who loves creating wearable and usable things from beautiful fabrics. I spend most of my sewing time overthinking which pattern goes with what fabric, then slowly and as perfectly as possible cutting my fabric. I am never alone in my sewing space - my best friend, AKA the seam ripper, is always with me for backup, and she doesn't like being ignored!

My sewing space has a few rules.
The 5 important "Though shalt not's":

cut anything with my fabric scissors
request that I hem your pants or fix a hole somewhere
speak to me when i have a seam ripper in my hand
tell me I have too much fabric or too many patterns
come looking for food - this is not the kitchen!

I sew mostly for myself and my 2 sons and I love using PDF patterns.
