My Favourite Cakes
This page is about some of my favourite cakes. I love trying cakes from different countries and have a particularly fondness for German and Austrian cakes.

Bienenstich
The 'bee sting' cake, flavoured with honey and almonds.
Zwetschkenkuchen
This has a sweet cakey base topped with sliced plums.
Schwarzwälderkirschtorte
This classic is a bit out of fashion in the UK, but done well, is delicious.
