Park skating is a style of roller skating in which the participant performs different tricks and airs on equipment such as ramps, streets, verts, boxes, p rails and bowls. A park boot set up usually involves a boot with ankle support and a sliding block to allow to skater to slide along coping with more ease.

Stalls

  • A stall is performed on coping or ledging. On or two feet connect with the rail and is held for a few seconds unless the following trick requires momentum.
  • Rotations

  • Rotations align with many other tricks and can be done as part of stalls and grabs. They can be performed above or inside a transtion.
  • Grabs

  • Grabs are typically added on to other tricks suck as airs or stalls. One hand must grab one foot either across the body or on the same side at the peak of the transition.
