Why should we drink them?



Dairy consumption have been linked to making the skin more prone to acne and other skin blemishes. This is due to the stimulated release of hormones, insulin and IGF-1 (insulin-like growth factor 1). These hormones are also believed to increase the risk of certain cancers.

A study done by researchers from Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health in 2016, also revealed that when calories from full-fat dairy products were replaced with carbohydrates from whole grains, the risk of heart disease dropped by 28%.

Moreover, there are many more reasons to switch to these dairy alternatives and these include:
