Nomads

Nomad originally referred to pastoral nomads who follow their herd according to the seasons. Unlike traditional nomads, digital nomads are people who are location-independent and use technology to perform their job, living a nomadic lifestyle. Digital nomads work remotely, telecommuting rather than being physically present at a company's headquarters or office. The COVID-19 pandemic caused a swell of remote workers, some of whom became digital nomads for the first time, opting to work in new states or countries if they could gain access.
