This fudgy Chocolate Zucchini Cake is not only delicious but olso helps you take in some important vitamins! It is perfect to disguise some vegetables to your children or picky eaters, as you don't taste the zucchini at all. Thanks to the zucchini the cake is suuuuper moist and fluffy. Try it out!
(for a 28 cm round pan)
Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F). Grease and flour your pan.
In a big bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda,
baking powder, salt and cinnamon. In a second bowl, whist together the
eggs and the oil.
Add the liquid ingredients to the dry mixture and mix well.
Fold in the chocolate chips and the chopped walnuts. You can omit the
walnuts or substitute them with other nuts you like.
Pour the dough into the prepared pan.
Bake for 50 to 60 minutes in the preheated oven. Make sure that a knife
inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.
Once the cake has cooled down completely you can add your favorite
frosting.

Otherwise dust the cake with some powdered sugar.
