Remember those days when you could not stand up from the bed because you were not able to take it anymore? Something makes you angry, annoys you, and makes you stressed out but you have no clue what it could be?
Good news. We all felt that way. There is no person in this world who didn’t feel lonely, not loved, unappreciated, ignored, worthless, untalented, ugly, unlucky, miserable, ashamed... And everything starts from our minds. Our mind is the most sensible, most powerful, and most energy-hungry organ in our body. Bad thoughts can even make us feel actual physical pain. Be careful what you think. Always challenge your negative thoughts and do not allow them to take control.
Unfortunately, the word „Health“ is more associated with „Physical Health“. Mental Health is not getting the attention it deserves. Funny thing is, that if your Mental Health is strong, your Physical Health is also robust. Everything starts in our mind. To understand yourself better, you should understand your mind first. Take time to educate yourself.
