An Ice Pop is a water or milk-based frozen snack on a stick. Unlike ice cream or sorbet, which are whipped while freezing to prevent ice crystal formation, an ice pop is "quiescently" frozen—frozen while at rest—and becomes a solid block of ice. The stick is used as a handle to hold it.

The Mango Popsicles are my summertime favorite; they are sweet and just a bit tangy, and bursting with fresh mango flavor. And, these popsicles are really easy to eat! Since these popsicles are mostly fruit, they have a softer "bite-able" texture, rather than a hard and icy texture. For me, however, the best part is that these popsicles can be made with only three ingredients and ten minutes prep!
