Hi everyone my name is Natalia and this is my blog about HR.
HR with Love is my personal project with special goals, which I would like to share with you. First, a brief introduction about myself. I’m Natalia Stoinska (difficult pronunciation, I know:)) the mother of beautiful 5 years old daughter and the best HR-Manager that you ever met or better to say the best HR-Manager that you will get to know more, reading this blog. Of course I’m just kidding, this blog is nothing about saying how good or bad are my skills, this blog is something special why...? Because it's a pure inspiration and passion towards HR discipline. My career at HR has begun 10 years ago. The first challenge – establishment of a new branch in my home city. With sentiment, I’m looking back to this time but honestly it was a very challenging and difficult time. After that the next big step. I changed my position to lead of recruitment department responsible for South Poland district. Unfortunately, this position wasn't official title so if someone of you is my ex-chief please don’t put a mean comment, I know only promises in written form count. It was my first experience with Personalmanagement. This adventure, yes it was some kind of adventure made me to whom I’m now, in professional way😉
Human Resource is my big hobby and this blog is an exchange platform for all of you with some Love to HR.

MOMENTOUS MOTIVATION Why I try to connect people through this page? For what this whole effort? Most of the working time we spend doing our daily business tasks. Capacity to do something creative could be already gone at the end of a day. For this reason, I create this page, to search, collect and read more about HR, to motivate you and me to. Motivation lesson 1. There is only one possible way for self-development: Stay curios and focused Listen to other people, really listen to them not only pretend that you’re doing that Believe in you say "no" to stagnation and "yes" to creativity
