My favourite gnocchi is sweet potatoes as they offer many health benefits. They are high in nutrients, great for your digestive system, brain function and so much more! But just like other healthy ingredients, sweet potatoes can be combined with other unhealthy ingredients like excessive sodium, refined flour, and other processed additives. It's always best to make fresh at home where you have control over ingredients!
