Scrum Master's Thoughts

A small extract from the reflection on the work I am doing

You can read the Scrum Guide every day and every day some new knowledge pops up of it.

This work you need to stay very focused on NOT involving too much, but, on the other hand, be commited absolutely, depending on the area.

It is sometimes hard to resist grabbing the responsibility and telling people how they should act (although you have absolutely no guarantee that your solution is good) - micromanagement is lurking just behind the door waiting to smash everything.

It needs courage to harmonise the expectations from management with the need to respect the autonomy and self-organisation of the team - the question is if we really allow people make mistakes. And if no, then how to learn from the mistakes that were prevented from happening?

My activity may be generating obstales, but they are natural in the learning process. The key is to maintain the openness to obstacles.
