🗽 SYNOPSIS

One of the most popular television shows in history, Friends an American sitcom created by David Crane and Marta Kauffman, is a show about love, professional careers, and a moment in life when anything is possible. But most of all, it's a show about friendship. At a New York coffee shop called Central Perk, we are introduced to six friends: a girl of an obsessive-compulsive and competitive nature, Monica Geller (Courtney Cox) looking for "the ideal man" to start a family; a financially secure data processor, Chandler Bing (Matthew Perry), who relies on humor as a defense mechanism and lives across the hall from Monica; Chandler's roommate and actor Joey Tribbiani (Matt LeBlanc); Ross Geller (David Schwimmer), who is Monica's older brother and paleontologist; Phoebe Buffay (Lisa Kudrow), a peculiar but loving girl, and aspiring musician; and also the spoiled Rachel Green (Jennifer Aniston) who is trying for the first time in her life to become an independent woman. When you're young and single in town, your friends are your family.
