We might not think about health while we consume chocolate - our favorite sweet🤤😍. But if we consume it correctly, there are lots of benefits - and the same goes for coffee!
I like to drink coffee since over a decade now - but I discovered the benefits of black coffee only a few years ago. I have to say: It turned into a passion🥰 very quickly! There are a bunch of scientific studies around this topic and one of those studies found out that a cup of coffee in the morning helps to prevent deteriorating eyesight because raw coffee contains antioxidants that help retinal degeneration.👀 Personally, I can add one more thing to this from my experience: I usually have a too low blood pressure but thanks to coffee I feel better and also it makes my metabolism works faster!🙆‍♀️👌😊
When it comes to chocolate, I was never a fan of dark chocolate (because I was younger and the taste was not sweet enough to me) but since I consume - only - dark chocolate, I feel happier. It might be the case because dark chocolate is rich in vitamins, antioxidants and minerals!
Although it also can lower the blood pressure, it doesn't have any bad side effects on my health. Our body converts microbes in our gut - with a portion of cocoa - into antiflammatory compounds which means that our body can prevent some forms of cardiovascular disease. Isn't it amazing? It's not a coincidende that coffee is the most popular hot beverage and chocolate the most popular dessert in the world!☕🍫🥳
