So, if I'm being honest with you I have already made a game and it was
so much fun. I worked alongside 11 other students to make our senior
project, Ascent. I knew a good bit of planning would end up going into
it, but not quite how much. Two weeks before classes started myself and
the two other seniors were desperately planning out our game pitch we
were going to present to the other students and our professor. We spent
our spring semester on this and had a 14 week trial by fire to make a
playable game, starting from scratch with no clue what we were doing.
I learned so much about the Unreal Engine, bringing 3D models into
the game, and visual scripting; which was my main role in making the
game. I can't wait to work on another one! The students and teacher I
was lucky enough to work with were amazing, and if you'd like to check
