Currently, the term mindfulness is widely used, but what exactly is behind this. According to Kabat – Zinn (1994), mindfulness is a process where one has non- judgmental attention to the present moment, or in the simple definition presented by Cambridge Dictionary “mindfulness is the practice of being aware of your body, mind, and feelings in the present moment, through to create a feeling of calm”. The main purpose of this project is to check the relevance of consumer behaviour theories and how they are applied in real life.
